Background
Farmer’s Insurance was looking for a more defined and impactful presence on social media to help elevate their brand and inspire consumers to switch providers.


Solution
The first step was working closely with the client to develop their social brand presence, then creating a variety of content franchises to pay off their objectives. By educating viewers with interesting information, tips, tricks and entertaining videos, we were able to position Farmer’s as a trusted source on saving money and staying safe, while increasing brand affinity and recognition.


My Role
As the account's lead writer, I was responsible for developing the content franchises, conducting extensive research for each post, and composing the posts themselves.

Results
Farmer’s retooled social-media presence saw an uptick of 300% engagement within the first calendar year.
